A bit of the old (A warm up...)

It's been a bit of time since I posted anything; at least I think. What can I say, I've been busy - a lame typical excuse. But really enough has been going on in my world; personal mostly. Well this blog is not exactly meant to be a life journal - maybe a little bit of info here and there - so for this time I will hold off on the details this time. For now here are some random sketches from the past;  the crazy rabbit with moose is  2008, the girl with attitude is probably 2005, and the wicked tree stump 2004. This post is a bit of warm up until I post something new - and I'm actually looking forward to posting some fresh sketches - a new project inspired and motivated by a certain someone...

Pandas Pandas...

Taking a small break from Lizbot; back to "Linda's panda". Been some time since there has been anything about Linda's panda; but I have been sketching drafts on what he or she would look like. I'm too much of a perfectionist at times (and sometimes the end result is not perfect regardless) as to why I take so long with these characters... Well, Linda's panda should be arriving soon....Jeez all this cuteness - not completely my kind of vibe...

More Lizbot

 Lizbot...a work in progress. A character based upon a friend of mine. These sketches were inspired by Akira Toriyama (origina Dragon Ball, Dr. Slump, etc..). Honestly I don't want to bite off his style too much (and I kinda think these sketches don't really bite off his style too much...) Well we'll see where this continues to go....

So these are sketches of a character a friend of mine came up with; based upon herself actually. There are more, I'll probably post them later...The character is suppose to be a robot...I don't know, at this point she seems too human, at least that's what I think. Eh, well there will be more to come...
